 A Buyer's Market!
Have you ever heard this statement? "It's a buyer's market!" With all the Short Sales and Foreclosures on the market today, even on the Big Island, you betcha it is! Hawaii is still very low in the statistics compared to the rest of the United States but the foreclosures are creeping up. They are also very difficult to find through search engines.
To make finding Big Island Foreclosures easier I have created a webpage called Foreclosure. You can also access this information by going to BigIslandForeclosure.com. Here you'll find some the island's foreclosure properties currently available. I have added a MLS KeyLink that you can click to view the MLS listing in real time. Please feel free to browse.
Also for those of you who are still in the gather info mode, simply sign up to receive buyer property search information directly to your email at the moment the property is listed; there's no need to wait for an agent to receive up-to-date information on homes or condos that you've been waiting weeks or months to receive.
